All full- and part-time employees of Suwannee Medical Personnel are eligible to receive benefits, regardless of the number of hours they work. Because you care for our patients, we want to do the same for you.

Our benefits and other services are as follows:

• Group Dental- Traditional dental plan for a huge network of dentists
• Group Vision-Traditional vision plan with a large network of doctors
• Life Insurance- 2 different fully customizable plans available
• Short Term Disability- Fully customizable income replacement. Maternity leave available
• Accident Insurance- Pays cash benefits directly to you for on and off the job accidents. $4,800 for a broken leg, $6,600 for a broken arm, up to $300 a year returned for doctor visits, and more
• Hospital Insurance- Pays cash directly to you in the event you are in the hospital. Initial hospitalization, daily hospitalization, surgery, ambulance, at-home nursing, up to $410 a year returned for doctor visits, and more. Maternity leave available
• Cancer Insurance- Pays cash directly to you in the event of a diagnosis. Initial diagnosis, chemotherapy/radiation, travel, lodging, and more
• Critical Illness Insurance- Pays up to $20,000 lump sum Cash directly to you in the event of heart a9ack, stroke, bypass surgery, and other life-altering events
